As a Graduate Accountant at Stannards, you’ll kick-start your professional journey with hands-on experience, real client exposure, and continuous learning. You’ll be supported by senior mentors and leaders who genuinely care about your success and development.

We’ll invest in your growth with structured training, both in-house and external, and guide you toward achieving your CA or CPA qualification.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in providing accounting, taxation, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS).
• Assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns.
• Supporting Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) and tax planning activities.
• Assisting in management reporting and client dashboards.
• Drafting client correspondence and providing excellent client service.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented graduates who are eager to learn and ready to make an impact.

You’ll ideally have:

• A Bachelor of Business or Commerce (Accounting major).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for professional growth.

Experience with Xero, FYI, or Excel is advantageous, but not essential – full training will be provided.
